Cheers to Ramsgate Brewery.

We have a drinks sponsor!
Ramsgate Brewery
Hannah and I today traveled down to Ramsgate in Kent to pick up 5 boxes of Gadd's Ramsgate Brewery beers.  The brewery have kindly donated their No3 pale ale for our private view on Tuesday 17th September.  Being a brewery based in the same county as Dungeness and in a coastal town creates a great tie in with our own project.

Not me in a urinal, but rather pointing at the No3 tap.
Whilst in the area we also visited the Turner Contemporary Gallery in Margate, their main exhibition was cthemed Curiosity: Art and Pleasure of Knowing, a spectacular and bizarre show. The go to this show you will experience the spectacular and the bizarre, the startling and mysterious, contemporary art alongside historical artefacts, as the gallery becomes a cabinet of curiosities. Works by contemporary artists expose past and present fascinations such as astronomy, animals, maps, portraiture and humankind’s obsession with collecting, blurring the boundaries of art, science and fantasy.

View from Turner Contemporary
Featuring unusual taxidermy, botanical drawings, Leonardo Da Vinci sketches, dazzling crystals, peculiar art, ceremonial masks and much much more.
